In this current day and age, families are under constant attack by moral turmoil and personal hardship. In building powerful and productive families in an immoral society, we visit Galatians 6:1, and once again in regard to the spiritual leader of the household. Galatians 6:1 states that “ye who are spiritual must uplift those found in fault in a spirit of gentleness”.
In regard to spiritual leaders of households, they must hold steadfast to God’s Standards while not be dragged into the immorality that is invading their homes. Spiritual leaders must transfer values so that the next generation receives them. Far too often parents are not conscientious in passing on godly values to their children, rather either not seeking growth at all or focusing solely on themselves. Spiritual leaders within the household must be powerful and productive; they must plug into God’s Power and stand in the Power of His Might (Ephesians 6:10).
